Who we are
We are proud partners of the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) in the State of Maryland, specializing in the delivery of Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). Our mission is to empower adults with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling, independent, and inclusive lives within their communities.
We support individuals with a wide range of primary diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Rett Syndrome, and other developmental and intellectual disabilities.
In addition, we serve participants with behavioral and dual diagnoses, including those who are forensically or court-ordered committed. Our approach emphasizes behavioral stabilization and community safety, combining the expertise of licensed psychology associates with the dedication of highly trained direct support professionals. We maintain strict adherence to all requirements of probationary and Community Forensic Aftercare (CFAC) programs.
At the heart of our mission is community integration. We are committed to ensuring that every participant engages meaningfully with their peers, building authentic relationships, and participating in activities that reflect their personal interests and aspirations.

Our mission is to affect a positive touch on the lives of participants with developmental disabilities by focusing on their intellectual, social, physical, spiritual, and emotional needs, preferences, choices, and desires. We consider ourselves privileged to facilitate their community integration, safeguarding, and ensuring the protection of their fundamental rights, growth, and development, promoting choice and responsibility, and maximum self-determination. We are also committed to working with families, as well as to the prudent and judicious use of resources available to us.
