Our Community Living Group Homes are Community Setting Rule (CSR) compliant and offer a safe, supportive, and enriching living environment where each participant is empowered to live with dignity, purpose, and belonging. Our residential services are thoughtfully designed to support each person’s unique needs and promote a sense of independence, stability, and connection within the community.
We offer a wide range of personalized supports
- Comprehensive behavioral assessments and individualized support plans
- Dedicated staff supervision for participants requiring close, continuous care
- Access to psychiatric and psychological services
- Transportation to medical and community appointments
- Encouragement of participant-chosen activities to reduce social anxiety and build positive social connections
For participants with behavioral challenges, our approach is grounded in understanding, respect, and positive behavioral reinforcement. We recognize that behaviors are often expressions of personal experiences or responses to specific situations. Our trained staff work closely with psychology associates to employ supportive strategies such as redirection, praise, positive reinforcement, and addressing underlying causes — always in alignment with each participant’s individualized behavior plan.
